A unique marbling pattern created by mixing together black and white porcelain on the wheel. Each unique pattern symbolises the unique mix of #YinYang energies within our bodies - specifically how the opposing energies are constantly evolving to find balance and co-exist.
The interior and rim is glazed with a satin transparent glaze. The unglazed area is polished for a silky, smooth touch.

'I have always been into the round forms but recently start introducing sharp edges into my works. Different from my previous mug, the handle of this coffee cup is made by throwing on the wheel, which means the circular motion is also being captured on the handle as well as on the body. Nice to hold!'
