PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the Amanda Tong Ceramics website are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars ($HKD), and are subject to change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price. Postage and handling charges are not included in the item pricing – these are calculated upon checkout.

DELIVERY
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered and has to be returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.
Delivery date estimates written on Shipping & Packaging are provided by the shipping company. Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ if the parcel requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area. The number listed only indicates the average time required for normal delivery and does not in any way guarantee the exact number of days required for delivery. If a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday is included in the period (from acceptance to transfer and delivery) or if a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer. Amanda Tong Ceramics Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion. We reserve the right not to sell to any prospective customer at our sole discretion.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship out the wrong items by mistakes. We take great care in packaging the ceramics as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where the ceramics arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the ceramics.

MADE TO ORDER

Commission or made to order requires 6-8 weeks lead time, which means it will take us at least 6 to 8 weeks to complete your order. Please consider the production time when placing custom orders. Before we ship the works to you, we will notify you through emails. Please note that the nature of the marbling technique involves two colour mixes of porcelain merging together. Unlike painting, we don’t have 100% control of the patterns or how they merge. The results are always unexpected, and will not be the same as shown from the product images, which is the beauty of these marbling pieces - they are all unique in their own ways and can never be replicated. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
